Here are the goal sheets as promised! Have you read my post about Setting Your Goals Properly?? If not, go read that first! No matter how many times we failed to go through with our previous resolutions, let bygone be bygones, leave that behind. This time, we’re gonna put our head in the game, and we’re gonna achieve those goals! *High five* Promise me you do everything you can to achieve what you want and be the person you want to be. OK? No more excuses because besides your own will power and effort, these goal sheet and tracker is pretty much all you need to keep going. So head’s up, here’s what I want you to do:
1. Print either one of these Goal Sheets
2. FILL IN THE GOAL SHEET
After you do all the things in the post Setting Your Goals Properly! You gotta do it like you mean it if you really want it. You hear me?? Then do your own habit tracker (haven’t got the time to make a copy for you. Let’s work on that manual drawing skill, eh?
3. PASTE both the Goal Sheet and the Habit Tracker
Somewhere most visible to you. Remember about that sharing your goals? You can share it with me with #LETSGETTHEMGOALS and #EPinAction. Tell us more about it. Share us while u’re one step ahead to reaching that goal! C’mon, there’s nothing to be shy about! Who knows, maybe some of us out here can help ya 😉
4. INVITE MORE FRIENDS
Everyone probably has different goals, but it helps when we can encourage each other! Get the momentum going and keep the pace going up up up! So feel free to share with your best friends and run the distance together. It doesn’t matter if it’s January, June or December. There’s no better time to start but NOW! All the best and may the force be with you.
