“I don’t know how to do online purchase”
Is this your first online shopping? Thank you for making us your first one 😉
Okay, since some of you have troubles understanding the flow in e-commerce, I decided that this post is VITAL. (And I’d like to warn you early on, I will not be responsible if you somehow get yourself addicted to Online Shopping! haha)
Let’s not drag this and get to it –
1. Read Description & See All Product Images
YES! Pretty please be a responsible shopper and read about the products that you want to purchase and carefully see the details in the pictures. Do check the materials, the contents, and the dimensions. Scroll up and down and see if you missed anything. Not sure about something? PM us on Facebook. Okay?
2. Add to Cart > View Cart
Once satisfied and excited to buy it, just click on that fancy button “add to cart” just like in the picture below. The page will load. (If it takes more than a sec, it might be your internet or the server.)
Click on the button that appears on top of the page like so. It’ll take you to the next page.
2. Check Order, Coupon & Shipping!
Make sure the product is correct and the quantity is set. Then, insert the coupon code then hit “apply coupon” (if there is coupon offer, if not leave it blank.)
Pick the correct shipping destination (you’d be surprised how many people missed this!).
Check total price and click “proceed to checkout”!
3. Fill in your Details
Fill in all the appropriate details, then turn off the tick if you don’t need to ship anywhere else. If you’re buying a gift for a friend, fill in his/her details here. Leave a note if you must. We’ll print it on paper and attach it to the parcel for you 🙂
Read the T&C, tick the box and Place Order
4. Pay with Credit/Debit or Online Bank Transfer
We prefer that you use Bank Transfer (save your debit/credit charges), so click on that “FPX” and tick your bank. Click submit.
It will bring you to the payment gateway and you’ll figure out what to do next.
5. You’re done! BUT please, CHECK YOUR EMAIL.
Last but not least, check your email for your order confirmation. If you don’t receive anything, please do contact us. 🙂
