Can I customize the cover?

We do not do any customization in-house. We’re working on it, coming soon!

About Orders and Payments

Do I need to create an account to place order?

No, no hassle for that. 🙂 But if you do, you’ll be able to track all your history of purchases and free downloads on your account section.

How do I place an order?

Once you decide to get a planner for yourself/friends/siblings and the quantity, click “Add to Cart”. From there, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout and make payment via SenangPay (credit card, debit card & bank transfer available). Full guide on purchasing steps here.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Be sure to get 2 emails – your order receipt from us and payment receipt from SenangPay, after you have made a successful purchase. You can then check the status of your orders here.

About Delivery and Postage

Will my planner be safe and in good condition?

Your planner is packed in a box and then nicely hugged by a bubble wrap. We wish we can avoid the plastic but there’s no good alternative at the moment. Please do reuse or recycle the box and throw the plastic properly 🙂

What shipping methods are available?

We ship locally and internationally via EasyParcel. They link us to any courier available and therefore the great shipping rates! You may track your parcel through their tracking system at EASYPARCEL. Once your parcel is shipped, we will update the tracking number and tracking link in your email 🙂 You can also get the tracking link here.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship on the next business day after an order is confirmed. You will be notified via email of your tracking codes. Your Everyday Planners will be shipped from Selangor, Malaysia and it is estimated to arrive at your door within 2-14 business days in Malaysia, and 7-30 business days internationally (though some countries may take longer, don’t worry just check with your tracking code).

 

Do you ship to other countries that are not listed?

Yes, if you want us to! However, please email us first so we can discuss the shipping fees, duties and taxes before you confirm your order.

About Cancellation and Return Policy

If I changed my mind, can I change my order?

Decided you want the other cover style, or another planner type? As long as your parcel is not packed and shipped, you can. But you will need to contact us ASAP because we pack it on the same day as your order and deliver it the next day. You can contact us immediately at hello@everydayplanners.com or go to our Instagram or Facebook.

*We will not refund the price difference if the substitute item is at a lower price. However, customers will have to pay for the additional balance if the substitute is at a higher price. Changes will only be confirmed once payment is made. Otherwise, shipping will be postponed.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up until you have made your payments. If you have already paid, however, the right to withdraw is no longer in force. The planners may contain misprints, and EverydayPlanners Venture disclaims all responsibility for what that could cause.

Can I return a product?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have received, you may contact us to show the evidence and return the product within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. Please note, however, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it (no jots or scribbles or coffee spills!) and with the original packaging.

We, however, do not cover shipping defects such as bent ends or dents. Once a book is shipped and finds its way to you, we can’t guarantee that it’ll stay in perfect, top-notch condition based on the couriers’ handler. If you suspect your parcel is missing, please drop us an email and we will help you investigate the case with the courier. Ultimately, we do hope that each customer receives a beautiful and best quality product.

If you find yourself in the worst-case scenario, do email us with photos of evidence and we’ll see what we can do from there.
